Scot has over 6 years experience helping his clients buy and sell homes.  No one knows the Niagara Region better, espcecially the Port Colborne, Wainfleet, Welland and areas having been born and raised in Port Colborne.  He has a varied work history from Pastor, youth pastored at the Welland BIC Church and Assistant Chaplain at the Welland County General Hospital, to running his own business, Painting By The Whitehouse Inc.  His father, Randy White, started Painting By The Whitehouse in 1983 after 37 years at INCO Port Colborne.  Scot took over the family business when Randy retired in 1996.  Scot raised his own children in Welland and Wainfleet, one daughter remains a Fleeter to this day.  Whether he is pastoring a church, running his own business or selling Real Estate he will work tirelessly for you, truly putting your interests above his own.  Scot's faith provides him with the confidence that if he truly puts hiis clients interests above his own His God will provide all he and his family need and that has proven to be true time and time again regardless of his chosen career.  Family is one of his highest priorties and greatest accomplishments.  He is a proud grandpa (Bumpy, as they call him) and as he has helped his own children purchase their first homes.  He wants you to know he loves to help other young families get into real estate despite the difficult challenges, he is here to help.  His life and business partner, Ellen White, has been selling Real Estate for over 16 years and together they have a proven system and outstanding negotiation skills to help you sell for the most and/or buy at the least.  They recently moved from Ellen's award winning Real Estate busness in Bradford Ontario to Welland to be closer to family and have been helping others move out of the more expensive market of the GTA into the affordable and relaxing lifestyle of Beaches and Wine Country.  Together they can help make your Real Estate dreams come true to.
